1. Overview
This Promotional Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Promotional Terms”) forms part of the Master Terms of Service and governs all promotions, discounts, coupons, credits, free trials, referral programs, bundled offers, special pricing, and marketing campaigns offered by RDK REVENUE LLC (“RDK”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

10. AUTOMATIC CONVERSION
Unless otherwise stated:
At the conclusion of a free trial:
Services may automatically convert to paid services.
Standard pricing may apply.
Billing may commence automatically.
Customers are responsible for cancelling before trial expiration if they do not wish to continue.
11. PROMOTIONAL CREDITS
Promotional credits may be issued for:
Marketing campaigns
Customer goodwill
Service incidents
Referral programs
Business incentives
Credits:
Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Cannot be sold
Cannot be redeemed for cash
unless required by law.
12. REFERRAL PROGRAMS

RDK reserves the right to:
Verify referrals
Reject fraudulent referrals

13. LIFETIME OFFERS
Where “Lifetime” promotions are offered:
“Lifetime” means:
The duration of the purchased service as offered by RDK.
It does not mean:
Lifetime of the customer
Lifetime of the company
Perpetual rights
RDK reserves the right to discontinue products, platforms, or services.
14. BUNDLE OFFERS
Promotional bundles may include:
Hosting
Domains
Email Services
SSL Certificates
Security Products
If one component of a bundle is cancelled:
RDK may:
Adjust pricing
Remove discounts
Recalculate charges
15. DOMAIN PROMOTIONS
Domain-related promotions remain subject to:
Registry restrictions
Registrar requirements
ICANN policies
Promotional pricing may apply only to:
Initial registration
Renewals generally occur at standard rates unless expressly stated.
16. NON-REFUNDABLE PROMOTIONS
Promotional discounts, credits, and incentives are generally non-refundable.
Unused promotional benefits expire upon:

unless otherwise stated.
17. ABUSE PREVENTION
RDK may revoke promotions where abuse is suspected.
Examples include:
Multiple account creation
Identity manipulation
Fraudulent transactions
Referral abuse
Coupon abuse
Automated registrations
RDK retains sole discretion in determining abuse.
18. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
RDK may require:
Identity verification
Payment verification
Business verification
before applying promotional benefits.
Failure to verify eligibility may result in denial.
19. PROMOTION CANCELLATION
RDK reserves the right to:
Modify promotions
Suspend promotions
Withdraw promotions

20. PRICING ERRORS
In the event of:

Pricing errors
Technical errors
System malfunctions
RDK reserves the right to:

Cancel affected orders
Refund payments
without further obligation.
21. TAXES
Promotional discounts generally apply only to service pricing.
Taxes and regulatory charges remain payable.
22. COMBINATION OF OFFERS
Unless expressly stated:
Promotions may not be combined with:
Other discounts
Partner offers
Referral incentives
Promotional credits
RDK determines compatibility of offers.
23. TERMINATION OF BENEFITS
Promotional benefits may be terminated if:
Account becomes delinquent
Policies are violated
Fraud is detected
Service is terminated
Termination of benefits does not create refund rights.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RDK shall not be liable for:
Lost discounts
Expired promotions
Promotional errors
Coupon failures
Referral disputes
Marketing campaign interruptions
Any liability remains subject to the Master Terms of Service.
For the avoidance of doubt, RDK’s aggregate liability relating to promotional programs shall not exceed the greater of:
USD $100; or
Fees paid by Customer during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Promotional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico in accordance with the Master Terms of Service.
26. MODIFICATIONS
RDK may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Continued participation in promotional programs constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
