The Primary method to send / upload documentation for the purposes of Validation is to use Validation Manager . A unique url to your order is provided within your Order Confirmation email (post purchase)
If you are unable to locate your Order Confirmation email, please chat with one of our Validation Agents and they'll be able to share that with you and provide direction on using this interactive tool.
If you are unable to chat with one of our agents, please create a Support Ticket under the following criteria
Case Type = Validation Support
Case Reason = (dependent on the certificate purchased)
EV Orders select Extended Validation (EV) Certificates
OV, DV, S/MIME, Code Signing or Document Singing certificates select Certificate Validation (OV, DV, S/MIME, Code & Doc Singing)
